Toy,

The sad part is the whole thing will be a moot point after the Appeals process. This is a tremendous waste of human, financial and business resources. The only pain inflicted has been to the shareholders. When I read that the Connecticut AG expressed concern about "shareholder value" I laughed out loud. Those self serving AG's are focused on their own agendas and have no regard whatsoever for the consumers or the shareholders.

We have been harmed. Not by MSFT but by a Judicial system and a hired gun. Corporate envy is now a reason to invoke antitrust regulation?

I will not sell a single share. This is still the greatest company in the world. MSFT management has not taken the easy legal road but I believe they will prevail. (sooner than most people may think).

The remedy phase will pass quickly and the attention will turn to the correct interpretation and application of the law.
