Sterling has a plant in Danbury Ct near ATMI
and I believe they even use some of ATMI's
facilities. ATMI had an investment in Sterling
so I believe there may have been some ATMI
influence.

UTCI IR affirmed that the cooperation with ATMI
will continue. I have great respect for
the research abilities at AHMI

The addition of SiC should also be considered
a plus. I would prefer some restraint
on the level of salaries as a percent of total
profits; nevertheless UTCI should be rated a
strong buy.
