I didn't know about it weeks ago. I knew of the semiconductor spin-off but I was under the impression that 80% of the company would still be owned and run by ETN. According to the news today they are not going to maintain the 80%. I can get excited about a true spin-off where I couldn't about a tracking stock. Anyway, I certainly wish the best of luck to you in your endeavors and stock picks. If a recommendation can be offered then I would suggest that you check out IFMX. I believe it has bottomed but not sure of anything in this market. It was rewarded recently with a 50% stock price drop for beating estimates by 20%. I think it will be a high flyer once the NASDAQ monkey is off it's back.
