600k new customers still haven't turned a profit or raised the stock price. E*Trade knows that the only reason this stock is has not stayed in the teens is because of account growth. Unfortunately, their inability to make money will continue to keep the stock under $30. Therefore, they need to continue this all out blitz to attract new customers. CC probably needs to sell some stock soon.
