Try this Power Etrade number: Priority Customer Service Call 1-888-388-2900 or e-mail us, and one of our specially trained Power ETRADE representatives will handle your inquiry. One of our gang has the Platinum Account and says that there is no wait compared to the masses. Supposedly, they are willing to help all customers but this number is only given to those that qualify for Power E*Turd. How true that can be is anyone's guess. My big accounts are in real brokers like Schwab.
