There are places right here in the US that don't take checks or credit cards....they will have to learn to adapt, or get spanked right out of business when the next generation takes over. It won't be tolerated. It's barely tolerated now.

I guess if you want to make your argument that some far off depressed countries will not deal this way, then I say....wire the funds from your on-line American bank to their little hole in the wall dirt floor bank and when you get there, ask for your money.
