Thank you, George Gilder for your truly excellent newsletter. Just wondering, what's it's like having an eponymous "Effect"? I guess good King Midas didn't have it so good after all. Don't let them get you down, I'm confident your approval ratings remain stratospheric, despite the rantings of a few poor market timers. I never understood why the Law of the Telecosm isn't "Gilder's Law." I guess it would be unseemly to name a Law after oneself ... (although our illustrious Congressmen and women would disagree -- Gramm-Leach-Bliley, Hart-Scott-Rodino, etc.) I am still searching for the proper equation to illustrate the Law of the Message Boards: e.g., as the number of posts increases, the number of knuckleheads increases by.... (perhaps the thread could help me out on this). Any entries for the "A@P Effect"? Just trying to lighten the atmosphere around here. Happy investing to all.
