This violates the fundamental law of the land.>> The government has no business that is religion and is definitely not establishing one, unless you consider secular materialism a religion. The fundamental law of the land is composed to protect religions and religious people from government interference. It is designed to allow us freedom of religious exercise and expression. There is nothing about this public/private garbage you promote. You would restrict that if you could, but you can't. Thank God. You are afraid and you have no where to hide.
