I believe my last post explains my position. As for GG's response, he's said publicly his organization buys and sells companies that he has no knowledge of. He may not own shares in AVNX but is it true of his entire organization? Would he give the same disclaimer regarding warrants or options?
C'mon Pat. You are going from accusing the man himself (I don't trust anything GG backs and this time I'm told he got a pile of warrants (or pre-IPO shares), so he has plenty of reason to hype the heck out of it), to suggesting that it's possible that someone in his organization did some early buying or has options or warrants?
If he will disclaim all involvement at every level of his organization in shares, warrants, options, or fees regarding AVNX, including all entities involved in making financial decisions for him or his organization, I'll gladly make proper apologies.
If you've got some questions, do the work, go ask the man! But please don't continue to suggest that he or his group are doing something unethical (or illegal) based on rumors! What is this, guilty until proven innocent?
I don't wish to be a complete PITA about this as you are the most helpful and generous person on any SI thread I read, but this is how rumors are started and spread, and how a man's reputation goes down the toilet.
I somehow don't get the impression that you are a GG Tech letter subscriber. I think that if you read his reports and his numerous postings on his web site you would have a far different opinion of his honesty and his ethics. |
