oh baby, i don't feel abandoned at all. the weird thing is that all these people feeling "abandoned" not only do not leave ETrade, but 608,000 new people keep knocking at ETrade's doors every quarter. what's more, 3/4 of the new ETrade accounts are coming from legacy brokers and other online brokers... they must be all masochists ___ "E-trade appears to be doing the opposite. They are getting new customers and abandoning existing ones."
