Well, that depends, if the idea is protectable, then $600 million dollars would pay for a lot of legal fees. If it is not protectable then....

(I don't wish to seem indelicate here, but allow me to quote a previous poster)

This may be terrible, this may be bad, this may be awful, but it is not illegal. Remember your example of Apple. It may be that Copyright laws should be strenghtened.

The problem with that is that it stifles innovation. Isn't EBAY trying to patent clic throughs.
