Then on April 12, the Queens-Long Island Medical Group PC sued Schmitz, PanAmerican, and several of its health care-related holdings for fraud and breach of an April 13, 1999, contract, alleging that the companies failed, neglected and refused to provide encounter and transaction reporting systems for all HIP Health Plans of New York after receiving an initial $30,000 payment. An attorney for the medical group declined to comment.

Is this history repeating itself? Is this habitual behaviour? Is there a pattern to the way that business practices follow this man? Are there Disabled Persons involved with this Medical Group as well?

failed, neglected and refused Interesting verbs. I forgot for a moment we weren't talking about filing financials, but were talking about billing services from the Healthcare effort spearheaded by the Chief Marketing Officer Ray Gamble.

It is reassuring to see that even though many things change around us, some things remain the same.

Credibility is so important in today's world.

Hope this helps. <grin>
