PanAmerican spokesman Adam Schuman said the company now has 1.1 billion shares outstanding and 650 million restricted shares. I think that that part is ambiguous. It doesn't necessarily imply that there is another 650M restricted. It could imply that however. My suggestion is to assume the worst. In my experience this has almost always been the most accurate predictor of things regarding PABN.
