el paradisio: Well both the COMPX and NYA are bouncing at areas where one would expect a bounce. The NYA bounced at the lower rising trend line of its bearish rising wedge. The COMPX has bounced in the area of the upper horizontal boundary of the gap down last Thursday. I do not know your system's time horizon, so I can't tell you what to do. I expect the bearish formations to play out to the norm, until proven other wise. That is a percentage play. However, one could use the various SRLs to trade the various intraday ripples using additional indicators to assist in determining wether one will produce a intraday pivot/bounce/repel. Regards, LG
