I don't follow anyone blindly. I'm sure GG, the individual, doesn't beat his wife or push cripples off curbs, but GG the editor/tech guru is not innocent. If he were, he'd publish his holdings, no matter where they're held, in all companies he follows.

As you well know, I did not demand an apology. What I said, and I quote, was: IMHO you owe the man an apology.
I've apologized for posting second-hand information. Even so, only GG can ruin his reputation. If he's innocent he stands to lose nothing by this debate. By making himself a public figure, he opens himself up to question and censure.
With all due respect, I don't think you get the point. Peoples' reputations are ruined all the time by those who spread lies and false rumors. You do not have the right to do this. It's why slander and libel laws were invented.
