x, actually margins have been improving the past 4 quarters, and will continue to improve going forward. The company has successfully ramped up sales very rapidly and is now putting more emphasis on improving margins. The measures being taken include (1) increasing efficiency through higher performance equipment, (2) hiring a materials engineer to reduce materials cost, (3) "virtual" manufacturing, ie., outsourcing some lower margin production processes while maintaining the high margin value-added services, (4) volume.
