LG,agreed,"price isolation actions" usually take place in a very uncertain conditions and very volatile market.
They can also be recognized as the first signs of a new trend, bull or a bear market.
The only think,you can predict from them is CLOSING.
Most of that islands with down closing,will produce another
island much lower. Clean up closing will usually produce a nice gap up.
