Finally the states and the feds have agreed on a breakup proposal. OS in one applications in another. These guys don't have any clue what they are doing. I think they will break up the company to satisfy their egos and then ask applications company to develop cross platform products and not do any more new versions on the Windows OS. I am sure once the details are known even most microsoft-haters won't be able to insist that this is better for the consumers...
