Yeah, well, i can't help but be happy that 2 money losing operations are coming together. 0.9 times 3? geez, i'm losing money permanently, it seems.

yes, these companies both have the same technology, although i think kmag has a lower cost of production. Maybe they will close HMTT US manufacturing sites, or at least turn them into R&D.

I think the key is still in Japan and IBM.
