I've always wondered how to do that. I had always thought it was from my Exceed desktop. They need to have that in a help section.

I have suggested adding a help link with formatting information next to the Terms of Use link several times, but S.I. doesn't seem capable of understanding the usefulness of doing that (since they've ignored the suggestions, without ever mentioning any counterarguments).
