Hi Jeff,

Could you stop your technical analysis thing for a
minute and help me understand something?

We've been talking about JNJ and a Euro distribution
partner and I've been asking myself - what does that
really mean logistically?

When a patient gets a prescription filled they go to
a pharmacy. Its the pharmacy that stocks the inventory.

Lets talk about Canada for a minute. Who does a chain
like Shopper Drug Mart buy from? Do they see a JNJ
(for example) sales rep periodically and make an order?

When a new drug comes out, how does the Pharmacy
anticipate this? Secondly, if a pharmacy gets a
prescription to fill for a drug they do not have,
how do they respond?

Jeff, if you could talk to this a bit, I'd be very
appreciative.

It occurs to me that establishing a new drug means
not only informing and calling on the physicians,
it also means selling to the separate pharmacy
supply chain(s).

Anyone have comments on this piece of the puzzle?
