yeah I love emailing etrade cust. service.. it's hilarious.. I'll ramble off IN DETAIL about 3 or 4 issues I'm trying to resolve and I'll get MAYBE a response to one of them while the rest of the note goes unnoticed... so then I respond back saying that they ignored my other concerns.. and they respond back saying "Oops... we're sorry we ignored your other issues. If there is anything in the future we can assist you with, please do not hesitate to contact us. "

Notice that they don't say they'll respond or do anything about our concerns.. they just say that we shouldn't "hesitate to contact (them).

Maybe it's time to buy more stock..the name brand companies with terrible service usually turn out to be incredible investments
