they will paint the numbers if it's possible. but as was the case with PPI/CPI, they may be so bad that all the painting in the world won't help.
all that printing looks to me like an attempt to head off a disaster...but i may be mistaken. it is clear however that the credit markets are pretty strained.

i commend you for having found this woman's problem in time, and i fully agree with you that compared to one's health the market is really an unimportant sideshow.
