Up 6 5/16. I guess some investors agreed that Keane had possibly reached a bottom. Of course earnings were also better than analysts were estimating, too. $0.10 vs. est. $0.07.

"The buying 'freeze' among many large customers is dissipating and Keane's revenues, utilization, and margins are improving as our business units come back on-line.
With record new bookings during the quarter, we expect continued improvements throughout our business operations for the remainder of the year," explained
company CEO Brian Keane."

"Keane's sequentially improving financials are being driven by growing strength in our Business Innovation Consulting, e-Solutions, and Application Development and
Management (ADM) Outsourcing practices. Our e-Solutions business is especially strong and grew to an annualized run rate of $138 million, an increase of 82%
from the First Quarter of 1999, and up 17% sequentially from the Fourth Quarter of 1999. We also closed several large ADM Outsourcing deals with Global 2000
customers during the quarter," he stated.

Now if only Vestor will tell us they are hiring again.
