Lee, I am out of town, and will be for 1 more day, so I probably can't look at anything til this weekend. It's almost time to throw a dart and make money every time with REITs. Beware of any with dividends over 16% or that have cuts in the last 6 months. These seem to be laggards, and some are still dropping. Richard p.s. I did see EPR had a pretty good earnings .42 earns, and .59 FFO. It has a P/FFO close to 6 and a P/E close to 8. These are pretty amazing unless there is some hidden problem.
