Relative valuations are such strange things as they are assigned to individual stocks. I was just looking at ADAP a wireless stock that has fallen very close to a buy level on my own valuation system. It is 25 now and was 100 on March 10th. The stock market gets carried away in both directions. People do too. We see people blindly buying on hot air while long investors see no end in sight. Then later selling can erupt in mass hysteria as the shorts rule day and often our investment threads. It's unfortunate that people take advantage of the unsuspecting.

This sounds pretty straight forward. Couple one hot stock market in wireless stocks with opportunity and someone will manage to take a profit. I've lost more money in a good stock market than I would ever care to admit. Thankfully I have learned my lessons and made some money too.

People lie, some people repeat lies thinking they are truths. Those truths can be told by many who truly believe they are part of a tremendous future only to find they are holding air. Down the stock goes and the next thing you see is people attempting to assign blame. People then think they see a new truth and lie about the people who thought they were so right, repeating lies so often that they begin to sound like the truth.

There are some bad people who know better.

Some things when said are intentionally mistated to take advantage of the unsuspecting.

Let the court rule the day on this one. It's their job.
