I personally don't see the bear market yet, not until the economic downturn. When will it come? Nobody knows. If Greenspan raises interest rate too fast, it may come sooner than people realize.
As for Cramer, I think he just got one more slap on his face due to his big mouth. But I do think there is a possibility for TSCM to find a buyer. Here is a thread about IPO Lockup. Maybe you already know. ipolockup.com
