and it's trading at 11.9 times EBITDA,

COX is Trading @ 17 times EBITDA, a street firm was
recommending trading out of COX and into CHTR based on
valuation.

Mike, look at the YHOO insiders page I have linked, is
Paul ALLen converting options and paying above the market
price????
