I would love it if you, Mike Buckley, or someone else who is up on valuation would post a tutorial (or a site) giving stock picking novices directions on formulas or whatever for valuation-- such as cash flow. I am completely in the dark on this. All I know is it looks like I entered stock positions at too high of valuations and need to learn more about this. I think many here would agree not to try to time the bottom or the top of the market. However, in trying to learn from this correction, I'm beginning to think If I knew more about valuation I might have been able to wait longer and buy the tech stocks I bought at much better prices.
