David,

There you go again, going on tangents, twisting ideas, and coming up to conclusions that are invalid.

You all look like people chasing their tails on this subject, YES YES YES we all know that being a Monopoly is not a crime. WHO CARES! That in itself is not a problem.

What is twisted in your mind is your statment that Apple and AOL are as much a monopoly. Are you on some kind of cheap drug? Apple is a monopoly???!? HAHAHAHAHAAA You kill me! I have to take your posting to work and let my peers read this one. Apple and AOL are only monopolies in your mind David. MSFT is deemed a monopoly by fact! Show me a court or FTC ruling that in any way has even suggested that either of these companies are monopolies?

As for the Judges decision. It could come under criticism by you and all the other MSFT Lemmings, but they are fact of findings and THEY ARE FINAL from all I heard and read. Sorry David.

As for your last point on my desires. Sorry your wrong once again. I dont want - nor will do I ever expect MSFT to be squashed. MSFT will be around for a long time to come. What I want and what MSFT is actually transforming into now (although it is painful for you poor shareholders) is for MSFT to become a well behaved Monopoly. To be competitive and develop "Best-Of-Breed" products (something they do not currently do) and compete for marketshare based on the best products and business practices.

When MSFT gets forced into this new and well behaved company, I will feel like all is right in the Tech industry - that I live every day in my career.
