This a buy down here. You just have to forget the past and believe in the project. They are lucky to have Messina and it wouldn't happen today at anywhere near the price. SUF has a short term cash crunch and the vultures are going to make them pay but the value is there or the vultures won't be. Average down as I have just done today.
