Oh, I'm so offended! Somebody out in cyberspace thinks I'm a dork. And this person can't even discuss things in a polite manner? There are plenty of people who don't resort to name calling. Polite grown up ones. And? That article that you cited supports my claim that conservatives are pushing to do away with Miranda. "Chief Justice William Rehnquist has been saying the same for 25 years, and he's within one vote of overruling Miranda." Not all conservatives agree with doing away with Miranda, just a law and order faction. But, I don't think any liberals favor this change.
