Looks like this was the reason for the delay in reporting.

the Company has experienced losses from operations and substantial doubt exists as to its continuation as a going concern.

This company is a lawyer's dream. Two reverse mergers in a year. Mis-stated losses by double current revenue.

Not a pretty picture.

Will be interesting to see if and when they release financials for the last 6 months. Those financials are for June 30, 1999 which is before the most recent reverse merger.
