But the good question remained to be answered is why these days LOTS OF THESE under margined distrewss selling not in the November,1999 to End of Feb, 2,000??????

"Once these people have taken their lumps,there will be a delectable opportunity."

These bear market including GTR could last for a decade to come, your "once" word needs to clearfy when ??? and WHEN "that oppportunity to come" will be?????? next 10 years maybe.

In any way, it is good to talk to you in this SI setting.
