Help me here folks:

Around 65 million shares of NUOA are out. Around 3 million shares of OAII are out.

After reading the following from the 'Glimpse' of the Edgar filing made this week, I don't understand the .017 cent NUOA price.

On November 15, 1999, NuOasis converted the notes into 8.1 million shares or $0.87 per share. After the conversion, the shareholders of NuOasis controlled approximately 85% of the issued and outstanding common stock.

The acquisition of NuOasis interests by the Company has been accounted for as a "reverse acquisition," whereby NuOasis is the acquiror, and since the operations of NuOasis are more significant than that of the Company and, NuOasis acquired a controlling interest in Oasis on November 15, 1999. Accordingly, the accompanying consolidated financial statements include the operations of NuOasis interests acquired for all periods presented. The net assets of Oasis are deemed to have been acquired in the reverse acquisition and, accordingly, the assets and liabilities were recorded at fair value at the date of acquisition.

3 million (OAII shares out) * $4.00 (OAII share price) / 65 million (NUOA shares out) = $.185 * .85 (NUOA % Ownership) = $.157 share price for NUOA. Why are we trading @ .017?

I don't get it!

Comments? Calculation corrections? Time of Day?
