Acquisition of Moore Data complete. Market cap of 77 million is lower than expected year 2000 revenues, which should be close to 90 million or more...competitors like HOMS trading at many times revenues. HOMS being investigated as a monolopy could be a plus. This is VINF's first quarter since the Moore acquisition, and VINF can legitimately claim to be a B2B net and sofware company. Financial numbers looked solid. VINF near 52 week low. Nothing earthshattering, but alot of encouraging stuff----see April 26 news release.
