Steve, I have 2 good ones for you here:

1. Etrade took 5 days to do a wire transfer OUT for $100k, with over 500k in the account. I bitched all week, and FINALLY they did it.

2. Once they wired $100k OUT of my account without my authorization, they said the second person on the account asked for it. That 2nd person does not even know the account # or HOW to do a wire transfer. I had to wire it back in, and they gave me back the $20 fee after bitching over and over. I wanted to hear the tape they said they had that authorized the wire, they said no. PLUS I called the same guy I was working with back 3x about it, and NEVER GOT A CALL BACK.

They suck.
