Opening limit down across the board. . . on the day when A.T.& T. rolls out AWE. . . the largest IPO ever.. . . I am looking for bargains. . . may add INSP. . .supplier of wireless data services to AWE. . .also other wireless plays that could move in sympathy to the IPO. I can't help but think that this IPO could possibly turn things around today. Rande Is
