I think this thread is an excellent idea! One class action suit I heard of was filed in Windsor, Ontario Canada against Bre-X Minerals Ltd., some of its directors and officers and SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. I understand that for info you contact Mr. Harvey T. Strosberg, QC at Gignac, Sutts, Barristers & Solicitors, 600 - 251 Goyeau St., Windosr, Ontario N9A 6V4 Sorry I didn't write down the phone number. If anyone else has info on any of the other lawsuits, please post. ulcers
