Mike re: financial institutions I recently looked at my etrade balance feeling it was low. After goint through every transaction for the life of the account I am convinced the balance is wrong by $4790. This is no small amount! I call and get told I'm wrong... I'm not. Some guy seems to be on to it today... it took three days. My question is.. how can this happen? If I didn't catch this mistake.. it goes away. Who are institutions like Etrade accountable to? Who could I report this to.. it seems s bit unnatural.-g- the care free reaction you get on the phone is what is most troubling. wizz
