i don't know. but i'm also sure he will. funny enough, he's changing his tune all the time, so you never really know. remember on April 14, when the NAZ hit its lows, he told the bankers association "look out below", you know, the story about floods that occur every 100 years or so, and that the Fed will only bail them out if things really go totally haywire.
