MSFT lawyers were as arrogant as their client
they failed to avoid several obvious pitfalls laid out
they made claims to the judge that were refuted in minutes with evidence
Neukem is a zero
he kept making public statements that were clearly in conflict with the evidence
he did a lousy job

DoJ's top lawyers are some of finest around
their lower tier lawyers are questionable though
