Pete, The mountains are nice, but we are starting to get a little crowded here. McGinn stumbled but I think he is recovering nicely. Lucent should do very well after it is streamlined. You might want to hold you Spinco shares when you get them. I don't think the spin off will be as bad as everyone thinks. We have some good people coming with us. Chris
