Ian, Be fair Dave, the context is not really the same.... They all use disclaimers to try to protect themselves when issuing earnings and similar situations, that they wouldnt use in a sales pitch to potential customers. Actually, Ian, the situations were very similar. The press release in which AMD included the disclaimer was an announcement of the demonstration of the new AMD-processor-based systems -- a sales pitch -- not a release of earnings. The Rambus presentation was used at the Silicon Strategies 99 conference -- a sales pitch. Dave
