Why waste time and money to develop WCDMA term or trial without a license deal since you say Nokia has spent so much time and efforts to WCDMA term? Has anyone brought up this issue with Jorma yet? I wish someone would. At least it would put a damper on this endless speculation. I'm surprised no analyst has asked him why NOK insists on throwing large sums of money (I'm assuming engineers don't come cheap) at a sub-optimal, technically deficient, rubbish standard (just ask any Q-pundit) when the one true Standard is ready and willing. Don't these Finns know anything apart from making money! WE
