"sneakily ensuring Netscape worked less well..." Even the judge commented that Netscape works very well within Windows. MS did NOTHING to prevent it from working well. Most Netscape users appreciate that IE comes with Windows so that they can open IE to download Netscape onto their new system. You still haven't explained how monopoly power has forced you to use IE. "You were saying?"
