Here's the research for you:

destiny-software.com

That's a link to Steve Vestergaard's company and his profile. It checks out with his SI profile and there is no reason to assume that his is misrepresenting himself. The company stock he is trying to transfer out is probably Destiny Media Technology, Inc. (Pink Sheet: DSNY). A hint for ye FDIC, SEC, and SIPC master - a company that trades on the Pink Sheet is on the OTC:BB. In other words, small float, penny stock which, if it had to be covered all at once during the closing of a short, would move the stock price to exorbitant levels. This is the same scenario that you E-Groupies are praying for when you discuss short numbers every month, except that EGRP is not a small float stock and the shorts have no reason to cover.

You see, a little digging on the internet does you wonders. You should try it since it also applies to investments in substandard companies like E*Trade.

And you're a consultant? I don't think asking people if they would like fries with that order is considered professional consulting.
