No. Now you are misrepresenting the truth. There is a difference between cashing out and transferring stock. He is transferring stock from one broker to the next which should not affect SEC rules. That is not the same as selling his shares - not even close. No wonder you are a die hard EGRP fan. The signs are all there - quick to call names, don't understand fully the rules, and always casting the first stone. Are you and BWAC in the same fast food consulting service? No, I don't need fries with that.
