- but much have services so can't recognize on day one what we offer is differentiated; no real direct competitors for what we offer. what they have is a consulting company full of products that need bookoo help getting to run and work how many happy DSS Agent end-users are there today?(and dont ask the IT guys who spent years building the mess, ask the actual business users who are supposed to be "enabled")
