Yes, and those consumers and companies would be easily beaten to submission by MSFT's army of lawyers.

What you are saying is "might is right".

Anyone who can hire the big guns can have free reign to stomp on the common man.

No, that is why we have anti-trust laws and Microsoft is wrong and should be broken up.
